A lot of questions have arose due to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services face covering mandate for children ages 2-4. We are intent on following all guidelines required to keep our toddler's safe.
Please note that the mandate requires toddlers ages 2-4 to wear face coverings when they are in a CAMP, or CHILD CARE ORGANIZATION. The MDHHS classifies a CAMP as: a day, residential, travel, or troop camp for children. We are neither a 'CAMP' or 'CHILD CARE ORGANIZATION' as defined by MDHHS. Therefore face coverings are NOT required for toddlers participating in our programs (ages under 5). PLEASE NOTE that our Troy and Lake Orion locations have more strict guidelines for face coverings and social distancing and email notifications will go out to all registered families to keep you updated on those guidelines.
Last semester we were sold out quickly. Please register early to secure your desired class day & time!

Kickstart! Toddler Soccer was founded in 2010 by two coaches who shared a passion for the sport of soccer, but more importantly, a passion for kids. While training soccer players to compete at the highest levels of the game, they recognized that the development of an athlete started soon after toddlers could get on two feet and begin to move. They also understood that soccer was the perfect sport for beginning athletes because:
They could play it at the youngest age groups due to it's ease of understanding (run, kick, score), and the rules of the game are simple to learn and follow. Soccer is also a great developer of key athletic attributes for other sports: Speed, agility, quickness, balance, vision, creativity, fitness, and more.
Because of this, they created a curriculum that focuses on toddlers learning how to refine their large motor skills while slowly introducing soccer fundamentals. This is all done by participating in various FUN activities each class.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission is to stimulate the bodies and minds of children while introducing them to the joys of goal oriented physical activity leading up to competitive play.
Taking great care with the knowledge that for many, this may be their first group class, we will focus on building nurturing relationships while introducing an engaging curriculum with the objective of making each Kickstart class the highlight of every student’s week.
