REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

Our refund policy has been updated (5/14/2023)

Predicting the weather can be a lot easier than predicting how a toddler will respond when they come to class.  Our refund policy will give you the peace of mind so you don't have to worry if your young soccer superstar is ready.  Our classes are booked in advance and have waiting lists, thus we offer the following options for REFUND AND/OR CREDIT:


1) REFUND REQUEST PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CLASS START DATE:   FULL REFUND 
2) REFUND REQUEST AFTER SCHEDULED 1ST CLASS DATE: FULL REFUND MINUS $5.00 TRANSACTION FEE
3) REFUND REQUEST AFTER SCHEDULED 2ND CLASS DATE:  FULL CREDIT FOR A FUTURE SEMESTER (EXPIRES IN 12 MONTHS) 
4) REFUND REQUEST AFTER SCHEDULED 3RD CLASS DATE:  NO REFUND OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED

We DO NOT offer refunds for failure to show up for a class you registered for.

UNIFORM APPAREL AND EQUIPMENT:  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for any customized ordered apparel.  A uniform refund will only be given if it has NOT been customized and you have NOT TAKEN DELIVERY of it.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:  If your child is still within the refund or credit timeline, please email us at info@kickstarttoddlersoccer.com or contact us via phone at 866-477-5425 to request your refund/credit. 

IMPORTANT:  Your refund type will be based on the date of your refund request email or phone call!  Please note that the refund type is based on the class dates and NOT how many classes your child(ren) attended.  EXAMPLE: Your child missed the first week, and participated in the 2nd week of class, you will be eligible for a FULL CREDIT FOR A FUTURE CLASS or other exceptions as defined below. 

COVID 19 RELATED REFUNDS:

  • NO REFUNDS will be given from the result of any government order, executive order, or management decision that results in the closure of any or all of our operating facilities to preserve the safety of it's occupants.  Should a 'PAUSE' be required during the middle of a semester, NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be provided, however, classes will resume once we are given the clear to do so.  This policy will supersede all other refund policies should it go into effect.
  • NO REFUNDS will be provided for any changes in local, state, or federal laws/orders/rulings that alter current safety protocols, including face coverings and/or social distancing.  We have an obligation to our customers and our staff to adhere to all changes as they happen.

HEALTH GUIDELINE RELATED REFUNDS:

If you asked yourself during the season, "can my child play soccer today?" then this information is directly related to your inquiry.  We understand that people get sick or ill that causes an entire season to be passed without attending one session.  Even though company policy sometimes conflicts with human ethical standards, we still have an obligation to our customers.  Please email us at info@kickstarttoddlersoccer.com SUBJECT (HEALTH) to discuss your options.   

INCLEMENT WEATHER MAKE-UPS:
Classes held at our outdoor locations may be affected by inclement weather.  Our policy regarding inclement weather is as follows:

Classes will be cancelled in the event of visible lightning, potential thunderstorms, heavy rain, or unplayable field conditions.  ONE make-up week will be added to each semester to allow for any cancelled classes during your semester.  For any additional cancellations, a pro-rated credit will be provided to you for any future semester (good for 6 months).  

Notifications of inclement weather will be provided as follows and in this order:
1.). Text message will be sent to all affected class participating parents
2.). Email will be send to all affected class participating parents
3.). Website homepage will reflect the cancellation information
4.). Facebook page will be updated with cancellation information
